I think it is better to buy in Vaishali sector 4 Ramprastha. Even though it more expensive but it's it is a Developed locality 2-2.5 crs for 3 bhk .Even though this society will be Fully completed in couple of years but the area will take atleast 7-8 years to develop for everything you need a car here Everything is 4-5 kms away.One of my known has bought a flat in siddharth vihar due to glittery appearance of the society rathan than needs from Vaishali but that place was not practical as of now due to lack to connectivity so they are living on rent in. Vaishali despite having flat in Siddarth vihar. . These days in new society the material used starts to fade away in 2-3 years.See you can join Good Gym outside or maybe club if you have free time.For me first priority is Location.

Good thought. Although this location seems like the blend of both worlds. If you want to reach the city soon, then you can touch it asap. And if you want a home little away from chaos of the city life, then this location is ideal. It’s like Sec 1 of Greno West, far from Gaur City traffic, also surrounded by lower FAR. When you want to experience a movie, leisure or lifestyle, then Gaur City Mall lane awaits you.
