3:10 - Those using sticks may want to consider setting this to a higher number, as this gives you greater firing angles with gimbals at no cost to sensitivity. Keep in mind that sometimes only some guns can go the full 25 degrees and you may want something in the middle for maximum advantage. With a mouse, the lower sensitivity is definitely worth the smaller firing angle though.

I flew with gravity compensation off during the EPTU, but as soon as the 4.0 Preview released, I had a time where my shard crapped out while I was flying towards a bunker. It left my character unstowed in my ship, and it fell out of the sky while I was trying to load back into the Persistent Universe. When I loaded in, I was in the hospital.

The explanations what those settings do, how they influence the ship is even more useful than the on/off suggestions. Because I'll try everything on and off anyway. But sometimes I am not really sure what a change does. Or feel it. The effects and the interaction between those settings is sometimes not clear either.

Just got the duo T16000 sticks and I've been trying to get your dropbox files and keybinds working with joytokey, but with this new 4.0 pushed to live, and then this mess of a hotfix they pushed out, I couldn't get it working right. I can't seem to get the left joystick trigger working as the modifier like it should be. I just went back to using the keyboard and mouse to fly for now.
