Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Bro, get a power inverter for your car. Plug in a heat blanket to the inverter. Put food in hot heat blanket from restaurant to home. Cold food problem solved

I think competitive eaters are so used to cold food that they’d rather have it cold. It’s hard to eat a lot of food at a fast pace when it Is burning your mouth. This is a great idea though!

There’s actually a variety of 9v and 110ac units designed for car rides. Long haul truckers use them. Anywhere from installed fridges and microwave to little soft cooler metal lined things that act like a hotpot

great effort Beard. I love these munchbox challenges. They highlight good value takeaway food from places that aren't 'food challenge' sit-down type restaurants so they act as a kind of food review for local chippies/kebeb shops and pizza places as well as an eating challenge. Plus, I like the ones you do at home because it feels more personal and you can express yourself more without worrying about disturbing fellow diners etc. big fan.

Hello from the US. Been watching your videos for a good while now and I'm always impressed with the amount you eat. It would be interesting to see a video where you get the biggest sandwich from McDonald's, Wendy's, 5 guys, and any Burger King and make a monster burger out of them.
