Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

My little girls (3 and 6) peek over my shoulder when I'm working (I have some of your videos playing while I work, helps me focus-don't read into that.) In Oz we used to make the Parma with breaded chicken tomato sauce and cover with grated mozzarella , in italy we have cotoletta milanese which originally was made with pork chops , now we using everything

Brilliant as always, Adam. Have you heard of/considered the 'Mammoth Burger Challenge' from a takeaway called Kebabistan in Preston? Apparently you're allowed 20 minutes to eat an approx 14 lb burger, winner takes a £1,000 food voucher for there (unbeaten as of now). Might be worth a spin, look it up bud.
