Thank you so much, so glad it helped! Honestly eating in Japan most the time we just find cute little ramen spots on the side of streets! But some must visit stops are happy pancake, menbaka fire ramen, Gyukatsu Motomura (Wagyu beef skillet) and Kichi Kichi Omurice (but it’s hard to get in we’ve still not managed to go both times we’ve been in Japan 🥹 you can book a month in advance, but they’ve always been sold out instantly 😩 they do have walk in slots but obviously not guaranteed 😊 hope you have the best time in Japan 🙏🏼

loved the video! Which attraction in hindsight do you think its best to wake up early for? I'm stuck between Gion and the Inari Gate shrine

Oooo this is a hard choice if you have more than one day I’d suggest one day waking up for one and the next day waking up for the other 😊 I would personally go for the inari gates as when it’s crowded it takes it away from the experience more than gion 😊

hmmm ... in Gion I would have visited the Kanji Museum. If you speak Japanese, the Minamiza is really great for seeing kabuki. Hiking up to Doshisha Cemetery is really nice too. Kyoto KYOCERA Museum is my most favorite!
