My favorite lesbian character is Ellie from the Last of Us II (the video game, specifically). She’s a flawed character, but her lesbian identity isn’t portrayed as a reason for why she is flawed. It’s just another part of who she is. If anything, her relationship with her girlfriend is a way that the story humanizes her, and makes her relatable. I also love how she is never hyper-sexualized either.
