The Ultimate NARUTO : MUGEN's Strongest NARUTO

Honestly the best ultimate character in a while. His damage is at the perfect ratio, his health is decent and he doesn’t have anything cheesy, just good combos (well, there is auto dodge but it doesn’t look like it’s too overpowered).Above all else, his kit is huge so he’s fun to watch (ISO put it well here 13:33 ). There are even little details like the Amaterasu burn from that one Sasuke ultimate 16:33, but the stun doesn’t happen every 3 seconds.This is everything I want in an ultimate character, balanced while still being entertaining to watch, major props to whoever made him (and big thanks to Ryuga). 7:18 this was heat too

Take out luffy gigant and put in ultimate elbaph mode where he has the ability to access all his movesets in base like the manga

That's a cool idea actually, but i'd also say, they could keep gear 5 gigant and add elbaph mode, that works aswell

@The13BadLuck I don't mind the gigant for staying if it actually changes how luffy fights because the movesets in gigant are the same as normal gear but he spams them more. If he actually started fighting more like a titan with more unique moves he uses in the anime or manga like his baseball bat venom balls with the pizza clash thing he did with kizaru and Saturn and bajrang gun then a form like that would actually be more useful as appose to just making his massive rain down stomp just a single move transformation with buffed move damage in base gear 5. That's the only reason why I would want gigant gone. Cause all it is rn is just a bigger luffy gear 5 that's more prone to aoe attacks

For goku to be one of the strongest his god forms(blue) they have less impact on all the fights except ssj,ssj3 and mui armor break. Ssgb needs a buff and like also kaioken form so he does more damage and is faster. Make god bind just a counter(stun) so he can get a free hit. His CC forms NEEDS a buff that assist does nothing and also he doesnt do the damage needed.
