lol when the "end times" song kicked in about a minute in it almost made me jump, that song has trained me to have a pavlovian response hahaha. My favorite effect in the game by far is the black hole/warping and it's so awesome seeing what footage you capture with it!

I never noticed that before... the way the cables feeding into the ATP core glow bright blue when the supernova begins. Somehow, I thought they were feeding data into the masks, but actually they must be power cables coming from the giant solar collectors on the poles. Neat.
@TheLoreExplorer3 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. The solar panels are connected directly into the core. The memory statues get their data from us somehow. And they send this data to the masks in the atp. They the masks send this data to the past via nomai writing. The writing is being sent directly from the masks inside the atp into the black hole. Its all a pretty cool sight to see. Id suggest a visit of your own to see it!

And that the eye is essentially a viewpoint taking in information to make memories stored in the next universe, much how in the brain takes outside info and turns it into a simulated reality(hence once you enter it becomes so much like a dream, like you've entered the mind of a sleeping consciousness)

Yeah. I love how outer wilds plays with reality and how everything is relative. What we could see in our reality as a quantum Black hole. Or planet. Or an eyeball taking in info. 8:02 looks like a fairly common glitch with bloom that can happen in different games. Idk if it's a sign of faults of the GPU or something else, but if you pause on a flash there's a black pixel in the middle. The interloper does this as well. Youre not able to catch up to them. At least I wasnt. That 23km just kept moving around, but never really got smaller. As if the sun station was moving away from us as we move closer.

You have to not activate the statue in the observatory. The island will naturally move out of the tornado. But it takes way longer than the natural 22 minutes. So you have to not activate the statue, then speed up time for a while for it to drift out.

@@TheLoreExplorer But the gravity does decrease as you get to the coral core. It's literally 0.1x as shown. Hey dude ! I already asked you a question on a previous video, and after that i did the game aigain knowing the answer you gave me, and it was litteraly amazing. Tho i still got a little question: Why did the eyes 'called' the nomai in the first place ? If i understood well, we saved the universe by stoping the loop, allowing the eye to create a new one. So it make sense that the eye needed us. But why he needed the Nomai ? Thank you aigain for the work :)
@suspensionrailway70944 жыл бұрын
The Nomai made the ATP core, causing the loop, and they found the coordinates of the Eye of the Universe. And if they never reached that Solar System we couldn't use the Vessel to get to the Eye. There's many reasons why the Eye needed the Nomai, but i think it's mostly because their inventions and crazy machines would help the Hearthians

The loop doesn't destroy the universe. Us going to the eye doesn't even destroy the universe. The universe is dying on its own. The thing is, the eye knows how to revert that. And to do so it needs someone to get there and observe it. It could've called and hoped the Nomai made it there. But I think the eye knew nomai wouldn't make it there. But we could if we had their technology.
