The Ultimate Overlander: RAM 2500 Takes Off-Roading to the Next Level

When it comes to standing out from the crowd and having a dedicated purpose for all modifications, "EPIC RAM" is represents exactly that!
Tim bought a RAM 2500 Limited "Night Edition" knowing that there weren't too many in Australia compared to the popular Laramie badge trucks and approached Big Dog Builds early in the planning stage. These conversations soon became the start to one of the most unique full size tourers in Australia.
We had a detailed scoping call followed by an in depth meeting to ensure all modifications would suit the end result which was the ultimate off grid touring solution ready to escape all civilisation without loosing any creature comforts of home.
Tim explains it to a tee in this video - "Cold beer, hot coffee of a morning and a good steak on the fire is how I live". Having enough power on board was important and with multiple means of 12v replenishment from driving on day trips charging through the DCDC chargers to charging via solar with ample panels on the roof this truck is now a rolling powerhouse that can double as a generator to the new van on order.

We have installed a prototype E Click mixed with Carli Kings suspension setup on this vehicle along with a few other new products which has then helped us determine what options will work for other customers wanting a similar outcome.
This build has an extreme amount of LED lighting which also adds to the aesthetics of the sleek RAM front end and the custom canopy setup on the rear even includes engine off air conditioning to the cabin and roof top tent setup.
The colour theme of this entire build proves that tradesman with an eye for detail can create an amazing looking vehicle.
