I’m not quite sure, because it’s part of Owl City’s original song, but I think in that area there’s a piano, Tom drums, some strings and some small chimes to make the kinda “glitter/starry” sound. Lol sorry about those explanations those are like the only words I can think of to describe it 😂 I think there might also be some atmospheric pads too
