HP 9010e series sucks I can’t even get it setup correctly with the damn ink cartridges. Put them in and got an instant error. It’s garbage 🗑 it’s 250 for Black Friday but $350 for regular price don’t wast r your time. It’s sponsored by you. The quality has gone down it should be an easy click but it’s not. Garbage cartridges. I’m frustrated. It should have worked right out of the box 📦

none of the basic budget printers are ever in stock. Personally, I'm not a fan of all in one printers, but it's literally all I've been finding on the web. In the end, I went with the Epson XP-6100.

Please avoid this printer. Im not sure if this is a sponsored video, but if it is, that is red flag #1. My experience with this printer has been a nightmare. Not to mention that the app absolutely sucks. I bought the printer after seeing this review. Totally regret it. HP has horrible customer service to boot.

Nope I mine does not connect to HP for smart ink I was on phone over 8 hours in the span of 2 days . To find out bad cartridges were sent to me. It is still not connecting to HP now what?

I do not know what I di to change the orientation of what was being printed. Instead of printing in a normal readable orientation what is being printed is a mirror of normal and thus unreadable. I have tried many possible remedies but to no avail.

Good video, but I can't get behind HP instant ink. You're essentially paying a monthly fee to use a printer you already own. This really outweighs the convenience of not having to remember to order ink again.

Just got the 9025e model directly from HP Canada (they had best price) and truly love it. The self-healing wifi was a deal maker but AirPrint (I'm all Apple here), Scan-to-Email and availability of 2 trays (thus bigger than your 9105) has me quite happy with my purchase. Only annoyance which seems present in these models is the scan that is made from the ADF comes out skewed. Other than this, huge thumbs up.

I had that printer. It's trash. Their next model up is great though. If I would try and print anything with color, it would have 8 evenly spaced lines down the page unless I printed directly from a flash drive. And through the flash drive, it would take close to 3 minutes to print the page.

if you have a mac, use image capture to do the initial scan and then you can choose the size from there before you save
