Fun fact: the "John Mayer" song is "Big Yellow Taxi" originally by Joni Mitchell, and you're thinking of the Counting Crows cover of it, which does sound like John Mayer TBH. Apparently it's a common Mandela effect! John Mayer toured with the Counting Crows for a season, but it doesn't seem he ever recorded his own version of the song.

You don't need turnarounds for trams... in CS2 they are reversible, which is really nice. Don't get me wrong, you can make great custom tram stations with turnarounds, but it's not an absolute must (like in CS1). Love the double train station! I wonder if you can stub in a ped path between them so cims can cross between stations? (I know you can do it with an invisible ped path via the dev menu but not sure if it will allow a regular path in between). Could be a cool thing if cims change trains and can simply hop from one (sub) station to the other. Thanks for keeping the snow too.

Yeah, it's so great that we can have trams be reversible. Sometimes though I still like to have them have a turnaround point. :-) A ped path between the stations would be an interesting addition!

Taking inspiration from Washington DC the train station district could've been called "Foggy Bottoms" or Foggy Bottoms Station - kind of a funny name but would match the street at least and seem appropriate

Big Yellow Taxi, "They paved paradie and put up a parking lot "vis a Joni Mitchell song from 1970, it has been covered by Amy Grant in 1994 and Counting Crows in 2002. John Mayer is just the last in a llong line of covers in 2022. Joni Mitchell is on tour 2024-2025 at the age of 80 is still the best version of the song. Notre Dame Cathedral faces WNW

What you thought was the sun is the moon. You can see that from the colour of the sky. As "high" as the moon was, the sky was - actually - still midnight blue. If it had been the sun so far above the horizon, the colour of the sky would have been as bright as day. Greetings from the north of Germany.

And you can also see it in the shadows after you have switched from night to day mode. Only 4 minutes (6:22am) have passed in the game, but the shadows are not in direct extension / alignment behind the Notre-Dame, they are at a greater angle diagonally behind the Notre-Dame. Best seen at 41:08min of the video 🙂 Despite all the sunrises, you have done a fantastic job of showing off Notre-Dame. 👍💯🔝

How does the right station go left or receive from the left and vice versa?

If it needs to it can go ahead and reverse. But it shouldn't need to, since lines can be planned to access the side of the station they need.
