Thank you for this video. I'm going through a tough time right now, I had burnout and I'm struggling with depression. I'm on medication and all that. I feel like the internet is often a toxic place, where everyone shows off their perfect lives, and I often compare myself to these people, even if I don't mean to, feeling like I'm doing something wrong with my life. Seeing that everyone feels anxious, stressed and tired makes me feel a little better. I know there are worse realities than mine, but seeing the people I follow showing their vulnerabilities makes me feel less alone. We're all struggling with something. I'm glad you're okay. I love your videos. Keep up the hard work, but always take care of yourself first. Xoxo ❤️

You’re not alone ❤️ we all go through struggles and it’s okay to feel down sometimes or for periods of time… it gets better with time and whatever you are going through it will pass. Trust me sometimes I do the same thing, i look at some other people my age that are maybe more successful and see them living these amazing lives, but we don’t actually know what’s really happening behind the camera. What we see online is probably just 20% of their reality or even less. I hope you get better soon ❤️

I add a teaspoon of coconut oil and collagen protein to my coffee and it allows me to continue fasting while keeping me nourished. Also I only get my protein from farmers or Erwhon who has clean meats. Also beans and baked tofu are so satisfying!

Sorry that you've been so stressed out ! For healing acne scars I recommend Manuka honey. Massage it into your skin and leave it on as a mask for thirty minutes. It has helped heal my scarring over the years ( instead of medications/peels/lasers ). Also,try doing matcha in the morning instead of coffee as it doesn't dehydrate you and make you crash. Love your channel,keep it up ( when you are feeling like it ) 💐

One last thing would suggest to avoid coffee in the mornings and on daily basis .Coffee /tea can really create issues for the skin and health as they contain caffeine.

Marija, you are a beautiful lady and your skin is young. Have you thought about scheduling an appointment with a quality dermatologist and having a skin exam done? This way you will know what works for your skin. Just because it’s a quality product or just because it works for your friends, it doesn’t mean it will work for you. And yes, coffee is a diuretic and many doctors do not recommend it in the morning first thing. Pure water is much better and then a healthy breakfast. Coffee is also acidic and it will affect the gut. Oh, and processed sugars can be detrimental for digestion as well as for the brain and skin health. Good luck.
