Ach, lord, my heart! Beautiful country! I ache for it when I leave. This just brings it all back. (But without the midge bites!) As a side comment, I think it's amazing how those ferry guys pack the cars in, especially the Pentland guys. They don't do that up in Washington State. Beautiful beautiful vid, Shaun, OMG. Thank you.

Video is very well scored. The film has clearly shown the truth about the weather in Scotland, adding to it's mystery and the relationship that the sea, the rivers, the waterways in general play out in adding to that changeability of atmosphere. The green of the gorges, the coloring of the stone shows the mix of minerals in the areas that are visited, the Ages of those stone come straight through your lens. ♥

I've been on two Rabbies tours this year and visited most places you've highlighted on your video one of the tours was the NC 500 3 days from Inverness and i loved it. I'll definitely do a Rabbies tour again its a great way to hang out with tourists and the guides are so knowledgeable the schedule is limited when you visit your stops though. I love my country so much and its great to see more and more tourist are visiting outside Edinburgh.

During wet years we get thick-as-pea-soup fog here in Central California. They call it Tule Fog (pronounced Too-lee after a local Native-American Tribe). Oh, I can't wait for winter! It was a nice 36 degrees here today (it is usually over 38). Enjoy your lovely weather.

I noticed the business with the sign "Hume Sweet Hume". That was clever, and reminded me of Alexander Hume, the famous Scottish violin maker. He made the instruments that went down with the Titanic. I was privileged just a few years ago to restore one of his violins that is owned by a friend of mine. It was in pretty terrible condition when I got it from her, but after I finished the restoration it was appraised at $14,000.

Shaun, thank you so much for this beautiful look at Scotland. Many of my ancestors migrated to the US from Scotland, and I guess it's in my blood---this strong desire to be there. I feel such a connection to Scotland, always have. I will probably never be able to make that dream come true in this lifetime--but this is the next best thing. Thank you for taking me there ♥

For the eye infection....a doctor told me this....by a NEW tube of Neosporin, put a ribbon of it across your eye, several times a day. The doctor told me it's a waste of money to buy expensive prescription eye creams, plus a doctor's visit $$. Neosporin clears up conjunctivitis (pink eye) and most other eye infections as well....it's also perfectly safe to use in your eye. This is what my family does for these things.

Hi Shaun, my wife and I love your videos. We are curious what is making the brownish tinge in the creek waters by the Smooth Cave. We live in Texas, and can't wait to come back to Scotland after going this May. 29 degrees C is not too bad. But I realize it is above normal. We love Scotland and the people there.
