Well, he means it's well animated and a fairly good tribute to both Sonic and DBZ, since Sonic's "Super Sonic" form is based off of Goku's "Super Sayin" form. I admit it's well made and could easily fit in the continuity of Sonic, save for the blood and fusion. Personally I like it.
