One reason to go for the link line is that it plays really well through Nibiru. When your opponent Nibs you, you get to summon your spell/trap Flamberge off of Temple and keep playing

5:22 I think this combo is better when you play Birch, cuz you can end on Birch, Flameberge, Whale, and IP in S/T. That way you can make a bigger Apollousa without using Whale

Iv been trying some saucy cards in the extra. Spright Elf (as you already know) Shamisen Samsara Sorrowcat: Combos really well with Diabellstar and one of the other cards il mention soon. Artifact Scythe: you can summon it from GY using snake eyes engine. It also pairs well with Shamisen. Bystial Dis Pater: Shamisen banishes itself along the line somewhere so Dis pater has a banish negate or you can summon her. Formula synchron makes the dis pater. There is also a flamvel level 8 synchro that you can make in the deck quite easily.

Hey Hex ! Loved Snake Eyes . You could also give Synchrons a try with the new crimson dragon and the rest of the support . The deck became so much fun ! Could also be paired with snake eyes engine (plus adventure line )

Instead of searching the Temple a better search I think would be that sinful spoils spell card that places a snake eyes or Diabellstar from deck to the spell/trap zone. The spell will activate during end phase which will summon Diabellstar which will then set a sinful spoils card which is normally the trap which is a omni negate. Feel this is much better then the Temple.

23:51 if you’re only playing 1 flamberg, the end board is whale, savage, dragon and IP in the back row. I definitely reccomdnd playing 2 however, but URs are expensive so it’s fair. If you’re not playing flamberg, because you don’t want to open it more often, playing it at 1 makes it a hard garnet, but at 2 it’s fine if u open a copy. Temple can place cards from your hand in the S&T zones, plus it activates if sent to the GY by anything, including jet, witch or even knightmares.

The part I don't like about this deck is that it can't set up a half decent board under maxx c. After playing lab and branded the past 2 seasons I don't understand how anyone can play this game just auto losing all the time like that. I wish they would hurry up and release the rest of rescue ace

While I agree that this deck doesn't have a lot of good plays under "C", I don't think that considering any game in which your opponent resolves "C" an auto-loss is right either. It super depends on how much disruption you open. Also on Ranked Ladder you don't need to win every game, just more than 50%, so even if they resolve "C" and we lose we just move on to the next game NBD.

This deck seems like full stop if one thing is ashed. I know that goes for other decks but I don’t see how this plays through anything

This might be true but only until they get bonfire. Ashe seems to be good at stopping their main starter but if they also open with diabellestar can get the spell to special summon poplar to continue. There’s also one for one, prosperity, or even where arf thou will let them diabelle… I think it’s biggest weakness is maxx c and maybe shifter if you can make it work
