Hey folks! In today’s video we’re back with more Balatro. In this run, an early Runner pushed me towards a straight build and, thanks to a strong econ, along the way nearly every other piece of straight synergy fell into place. Enjoy the video!
Balatro is a poker roguelike deck building game centered around creating powerful synergies and winning with big hands. In it, you can combine valid poker hands with unique Jokers in order to create varied synergies and builds. Earn enough chips to beat blinds, including challenging boss blinds, to make it to the next ante and progress your run!

@Rubiktor012 I can also see Vamp being good as long as you have an engine to consistently enhance cards like the golden mask joker, play that hand a few times, then win with your actual hand, it will eat the glass but with the new nerf, it shouldn't eat base effects like poly. Constellation is also a pretty good mult multer. Came back to this comment because I am an ace and pride month had me thinking of this.

Wee may be my favorite chip joker, but Runner has been so good and fun to scale. I've tried multiple ones: superposition Ace straights, face straights, and straight flushes in checkered.

did get that combo 4 fingers already makes straights a joke to obtain, shortcut is slightly excessive and runner is a scaling chip generator so that's neat
