সব সময় চালের ডবল গরম পানি।যে পাত্রে চাল মাপবেন তার ডবল পানি। তবে চাল বেশিক্ষণ ভিজিয়ে রাখলে সেই অনুযায়ী আধা কাপ কম পানি দিলেও হবে।

This is wrong! No one uses lamb in tehari atleast in Bangladesh. Lamb is not common in here. Beef or mutton is used traditionally and beef is mostly used. Just for favouring a special community they changed the whole recepie into shit
