43:30 the noise.png is a pre-generated noise file, as generating noise is a pretty expensive operation. It is usually used during procedural world/texture generation where you want the same value to produce the same random value (like you can recreate seeds). for that it's common to use hashing, a function that produces very different outputs depending on the input, but is deterministic (e.g. hash(a) is always the same). for world generation a random value is invoked several times per tile and thus you either use a single thread (which is extremely slow), or you do them in parallel, and thus you need a stable algorithm, and in game design it's common to use pre-generated noise as it's much easier to read from a file than to generate it on the fly. (same reason most older games precomputed values for trigonometric functions)

18:28 "Ancient set origins" is nowhere near close to correct 💀Yes, there is an armor set called "Ancient" that resembles anubis, but that's nowhere NEAR deserving of even being mentioned on an iceberge. The entry is more than likely referring to the fact that most armors labelled "Ancient" (iron, gold and necro helmets, shadow, cobalt Set, and hallowed sets) are item variants using old sprites for items that were updated (v1.0.3 for most, v1.3.5.3 for Hallowed), hence the "Ancient" namesake

Such as the Ancient Cobalt Set being a way to use the old appearance of the Cobalt set, seeing as it's different now. I believe there's a set for Ancient Cobalt, Ancient Jungle and Ancient Demonite, as well as an Ancient Necro Helmet.

I remember back in the day when the corruptor’s bile could spread corruption, that people would make snow walls around their base at either side and maybe around the bottom as well, remembering to destroy the background dirt walls as well to stop the corruptor’s bile tainting their base if the corruption was close. I don’t have my world for that anymore but I recalled having issues with Ice Golems sometimes spawning by my base thanks to it. Still better than corruption in my base.

20:25 The divide by zero might refer to a bug that occurs if something spawns outside of world borders (so like outside world borders mentioned in this iceberg - the one we cannot see). It normally doesnt happen but with some tinkering with maps or mod shenanigans it can trigger. Personally i got it few times on my calamity+thorium+few other mods playthrough when i killed Wall of Flesh, which spawns a lot of ore in two main mods.

I would agree the hallow isn't a evil biome but dang either the player did something wrong for the hallow to attack you, the corruption of evil has somehow gotten to the hallow aka the hallow can't see/think straight cause it's corrupted by the madness, or something else cause how can a world/biome look so innocent and friendly be soo cruel I say still the hallow isn't really evil it's just probably trying to protect itself from you who knows maybe bc you need these items from the creature maybe in a sense you're hunting them and they are just defending their selfs who said they was hunting you and you wasn't looking for them in a different view than being a game of course
