Lift rear axle on a triple would be better in town in those tight situations.

The only issue with pickup size trailers having lift axles is that it needs to be custom made because there aren’t really any off the shelf lift packages for axles and tires that small. However if you build your trailer suspension with ladder bars or four link you can do some additional welding and make it a lift axle yourself, it’s not hard to figure out if you just check out some of the mechanisms on Google.

Square out the v-tongue lid (as an option) to full width of trailer. Put some holes in it for aerodynamics = reduce lift. = You now have a much longer trailer = a great option as long as they don't abuse it. So three options to make people happy. Add the model "htc" to you links and title.

Little thing, but offer to lose those gas cylinders on the storage compartment cover, they fail in short order when they really get used. And they're expensive to replace. I've replaced all mine, trailers and truck boxes, with a simple piece of cold rolled steel rod propping up the lid, nothing to ever go wrong.

Yes, with axle placement provides weight transfer to the tow vehicle which effectively allows the GWVR of the trailer to increase by up to 15% on a bumper pull. 👍

WHY 3 7K axles ?????? WHY NOT........(2) x 12k axles with single 17.5 H rated tires and steel wheels with AIR brakes Less scrubbing side to side when making sharp turns ?

Great question! Because of the size of the hubs (significantly constricts bed width) on 12K axles, you cannot use them unless you go with a deck-over. We do offer 2-10K axles at 20K GVWR. Some guys just want a little more so we go with 3-7Ks for 24K GVWR. Just a matter of preference! 😁
