Like 4 years ago.. during Covid.. I was stuck home, started watching your content, and started running. I seen you have a Garmin watch and bought one myself.. I remember zooming in to your wrist.. got that same one, and running had a new meaning. Thanks to you, I can’t express how much running changed me.

Love this Nick!! Thanks for sharing! I have been using the MAF180 for months now. But when I googled this, there was a slight adjustment (or addition) to what Phil Maffatone recommends. 180 - your age = x -> add 10 if you have been training regularly for the past 5 years or take away 10 if you have been inactive or injured in the past 5 years. Been loving this, and my running has improved soooooo much 💯💯

I want that hat! Garmin has been incredible for me. I prefer MIP still especially since Garmin fixed it and made it better in the 7x Pro model. Loving these videos

Hey mate, Benny from Australia. Knowledge transfer has been great. My first ever trail run is on at 830 this morning called the coastal classic 30k... otford to Bundeena. I've been running 8 months and been listening to you podcasts for about 6. BTW looking out my window it's a prefect day for running in the land down under. Cheers B

Bro much love, it took you all this time to say use a watch, chest wrap and run slow! Jesus man. 😂

I’ve found the wrist heart rate monitor to be pretty accurate if you rotate it around where the monitor is on the underside of your wrist rather than the top. It’s much easier to feel your heartrate there

I've just got a Coros arm heart rate monitor, because my watch would stop sensing HR during sprints.

If you wear your watch under your wrist it's the GPS accuracy that will get worse 😅

I love my Coros watch! They even make a bike head unit now, although I love my Wahoo head unit.

I personally really don’t like these shorter versions. It just polutes my KZbin feed. But apart from this small issue, great work from the editing team !
