I just got an Ortur with their new 10W laser and I am very pleased with it. It's about the same price as the Ray5 one shown here and very similar in construction. Still getting to know it, but I believe it has the same/similar kerf as the Ray5. So far I am impressed with the resolution when etching images and with the ability to cut really fine detail.

It's a very noticeable difference between the Ray5 and my Glowforge!
