Thank you! This has become my favorite workout, period. I have more muscle definition and feel great after each session. I’m over sixty and have used everything from free weights to totalgym workouts. I found that for me, resistance bands are definitely the way to go. Thanks again for this great video!

Dave. Thank you so much for these videos. After 2 years of being laid up with several broken bones and a pelvic fracture, I AM COMMITED to getting my life back. Supplements ordered, bands ordered. This particular video has answered ALL of my exercise questions for a full body workout. Looking forward to more content from you. And just thanks again. BEST WISHES.

Sorry Dave I did all the workouts by 3 sets of 12 instead of your sets because I was going by your video step by step after that I seen your 15-20 reps at the end when I finished this is a good workout I killed my back rows and face pull downs I like to rest between each workout at least 45sec tho I might incorporate this in my workout from the gym after just to get crazy results 😀

Good morning, You were so convincing about the superiority of those Torro Bands that I not only ordered a set; I also ordered the exercise bar that they suggested. Now, it has been more than two months; I don't receive the bands not heard from the vender. It is a good thing I did not buy the extended warranty they want me to buy. Dominique

Shipping are coming in now many people have DM me. There is a world wide shortage because e delays across all ports in the US (global issue, happens in Europe and China as well) made the waiting period quite long. All the major bands can’t get there shipments. You should have it in the next 2 weeks

Yes I do warm-up sets with no bands doing the exact exercise I’m gonna start with. The cardio is good but I would make it 3 minutes. I don’t recommend dynamic stretching before resistance training only after. Thanks for watching

Hi Dave, Thanks again for another great video! It would be a great help to all of us (maybe only me) if you could identify the lb. rating of the Torro Bands you are using for each of the workouts that you do for us. It is cumbersome to have to stop the video (usually takes multiple times) and try to zoom in to try to read the .lb rating of the band/bands you are using and sometimes it is impossible to see the .lb rating on the band at all. That would give us a much needed "stating point" to work from for all of us that have Torro Resistance Bands that you turned us on to. Last favor, please include the video time stamps info for all of your workouts as that is a big plus for going back and repeating a workout that you want to see multiple times so as not to miss any of your important tips and techniques. Your youtube channel is a most important "go to" resource for me for "all things resistance bands" and is most appreciated!

Hi, I just tried using my new band equipment. My door anchor is different to yours and not as easy to insert. So when I have to change the positions, it's a bit frustrating. Is it possible to do all the high ones together, medium and low etc together ?. Do you have any videos doing that ?. Im just quite confused as also I dont have much arm room in the place/hallway that I need to do it in. Im almost thinking of going back to dumbells , but would like to figure this out. Thanks a lot. :-)
