if u wanna get fluffy and like textured hair when its short and thin using product is a really great idea! i use this thing i got at the hairdressers called 'de lorenzo elements grit matte styling paste' which is a bit of a mouthful to say but it works rlly well to get my hair to stay up. i also recommend a bit of hairspray afterwards just to get it to stay. also instead of both of those things, u could just use some hair mousse which works awesomely but can make ur hair look shiny and if ur not a fan of that u can probably(??) buy matte ones so i suggest looking into that. also i find that not washing ur hair every single day helps with getting it to stay up if on the first day u put in product and then just let ur hair do whatever on the next couple days. when i had long hair it used to get greasy FAST but having short hair kinda slowed it down for some reason? hope this helps!

I had a really great short hair a while back, and then I went to a barber and he buzzed my hair against my will. I cut my own hair now. I want to have a man bun type thing. Hey, the term trans means someone who doesn’t identify as their assigned gender as birth! Meaning being gender fluid, non-binary, etc.. is also considered trans!! Ik you probably meant ftm but I just thought I’d let you know (that’s if you didn’t already know😅) ps:- I used to also identify as gender fluid before finding out imma dude
@karimevelasco28133 жыл бұрын
@@Thatonejoestar huh? I’ve never heard that. For me there’s cis, there’s trans, which is the opposite of cis, and then there’s everything in between. Trans is going by the gender opposite of what you were assigned to. It’s like if you think of just the meaning of words. I think about the meaning like how it means in organic chemistry, cis means on the same side and trans means on opposite sides. (I forgot everything about organic chemistry, Idk why I brought it up lol). But yeah I’ve never heard of someone being non binary or gender fluid or agender or something like that identifying as trans as well, or meaning that you’re automatically trans as well. Obviously there are probably people that are transsexual that also identify as non binary or gender fluid, etc. But I’ve never heard that if you’re not cis, you’re automatically trans. It’s kinda like saying if you’re not heterosexual, you’re automatically homosexual. I mean gender is fluid too. So yeah I’ve never heard it how you said. Where did you hear that or where did that come from? (Also probably unnecessary information lol (you don’t have to read): I don’t identify as gender fluid anymore. I sometimes just say that cause it’s easier since I had been identifying as gender fluid since I was 15 and I’m used to it. Until I took a gender studies class when I was 19 and realized that I wasn’t actually gender fluid. And then since taken that class (almost 3 years ago) I realized that I don’t have to conform to gender if I didn’t want to. And it wasn’t until a few months ago that I started identifying as gender non-conforming after I had just learned of the term. I had thought of identifying as non binary but gender non-conforming just resonated more for me. So I feel even more now that trans doesn’t fit me because I don’t even “do gender” anymore, or conform to it. But gender is ingrained in us since the day we are born (and actually before, e.g. like gender reveals), so I can’t actually “get rid” of gender. So I just try to live my life where gender doesn’t control/influence me and my actions and self expression is just me, and I don’t feel the need to label my actions and self expression as masculine or feminine (even tho that’s not a bad thing to do). it just makes me feel better to not do so and to not be thinking about labeling everything I do. I think that’s why after I stopped labeling myself gender fluid I didn’t label myself as anything for like 2 years bc I didn’t feel it necessary and when I heard about gender non-conforming, that felt the only thing that suited me even tho sometimes I don’t label myself as that and just say “i don’t conform to gender”. Which is probably confusing but I guess it works for me lol. (Also the gender studies class was very introduction so I definitely don’t know everything about gender lol) sorry for the long rant😁)
@Thatonejoestar2 жыл бұрын
@@karimevelasco2813 well I’m not very educated when it comes to these stuff (and I’ve definitely never took gender studies class) but if you search up the definition of trans online, this is what you get, “Trans is an umbrella term to describe people whose gender is not the same as, or does not sit comfortably with, the sex they were assigned at birth.Trans people may describe themselves using one or more of a wide variety of terms, including (but not limited to) transgender, non-binary, or genderqueer.” “Trans” is just an umbrella term for people who choose not to identify with the gender they were given at birth (or atleast that’s what I know, so correct me if I’m wrong) Oh and also about you not labeling yourself anymore, I think that a great idea!! Gender can be a very confusing thing for some people (myself included) and I’ve honestly wanted to try going by no label but it was honestly pretty difficult for me, idk I just feel like finding a label that’ll maybe help me find myself a bit more (if that makes sense lmao) but I think what you’re doing is pretty nice!! Have a nice day
