As a 59 y.o. male, I want to go to the Hydrocore seminar because it looks like an excellent tool for maintaining mature flexibility and strength. And because Mark seems to have his head screwed on right with respect to the value of dynamic movement versus total strength.

Just got mine, the valve is defective (it leakes), even when working the design of the valve could be better. When blowing up you need to quickly close it or the air rushes out. I assume ONNIT will fix this in future versions. You may want to wait until then. Thanks Mark Wildman for the fantastic content!

I watched a video you keep tue valve closed when blowing it up but turns the centre part of the valve you push to open (don’t push it) Turn it 1/4 to the left then you can blow the hydrocore up and then the air is full you stop and it seals instantly

@@MarkWildman I was lucky to be able to do a few sessions of uchi komis with the other judo instructor over the quarantine. It was pretty light though, since this was the first time he was on the mats since Jan 2019 (recovering from cancer and bone marrow transplant). Though it was minor, my gf commented how happy I looked when I would come back from our sessions. Other than the physical toll it takes from people not being to workout like they used to it definitely will have a mental effect. Judo and bjj was my therapy and social functions.

Adding on to an earlier question on your kettlebell programming videos, you mentioned the four items of equipment you consider essential in a personal gym. What would a weekly GPP program using these four items look like? Would/could you include something like erg rowing in an optimal program? For context - 66 years old, no major health/joint problems, long time weight trainer both Olympic and power, no room in my home for racks etc. and considering whether it’s worth it to return to my gym if it ever reopens here in Virginia.
