I can't wait to get this supercharger kit for my bobber, got the 1600 jugs in my sights first. I want to be the first 200+ horsepower bobber on mainland Europe.

Nicely done Richard!

You also need S&S upgrade piston jet squirts which has 2 jets over the stock single jet
@RickyG51223 күн бұрын
For that Harley you need a DarkHorse crankshaft with Carrilo rods, way stronger than S&S, you need to contact dark horse

I would consult S&S and see if they can do something for you, they do have a big race motor build program.

Would it fix 270 issue by having two plenums? One for each cylinder. Or put a blowoff valve one current plenum, set at the pressure of the current weak side? There would be less boost to the first, but the second would get the same - less total boost but both get same. Ive just bought the TH Bobber in a box kit and will probably buy your TTS kit from our local supplier once i get sick of the stock power. Thanks for the video and hope my questions arent stupid. Thanks!

You would really need a supercharger for each cylinder not connected. Or a plenum chamber that is so big the difference would be negligible. As we have it the fuel requirements are only around 8% different.
@jimmymcjimjim5610Ай бұрын
@@TTSPerformance oh i see. Is there no way of making bigger plenum? It would be a strange shape but that would be ok right? I guess being the engineer youve already thought of everything

A 270° crankshaft's firing intervals are 270 and 450, not 90/630.
@TTSPerformanceАй бұрын
@@rickmancr you are right. Still doesn’t change the fact that one cylinder receives more charge time than the other. I did wrongly presume that Triumph would fire the second cylinder 90 degrees after the first. Every days a school day. 👍

@@TTSPerformance Absolutely! 👍 On another subject, I've always wondered why nobody seems to use aftermarket standalone ECUs on bikes. It's very common in the car world.
@TTSPerformanceАй бұрын
@@rickmancr virtually nobody has put the time into it as the returns are to small. Maxx Ecu have a couple of dealers that have linked to Hayabusa and late Harleys. Woolich racing have cracked most bike ecu’s but with limitations.

Hi I've seen u making kits for the fireblades do u make one for the cbr650r or is it possible to make one ?
@TTSPerformanceАй бұрын
@@johnloma we don’t but it’s possible. Depends on your budget?
@johnlomaАй бұрын
@@TTSPerformance i mean I'm very interested i would like to hear some prices its not a very expensive bike around 6-8 k so i would love something that's worth it instead of going to a fireblade of the same year (2019)
