Wow $90 is insane for a rod of that quality! I just got the magic L and have been loving it so far. I find it funny how I order a st.croix mojo bass heavy swimbait rod and it just comes in a cardboard tube but my handing magic L came with its own padded case and I only payed $26 for it 😂

Awesome reviews. I am looking at the Magic L, Magic Blade, star blade and wandering(30 ton). Since you have the magic L and wandering how flexible are the tips? If you have the others please include them.

Do not buy the magic blade it is just plain bad and you will be disappointed. The magic L is not for lures below 1.5 grams as it will not load properly on cast. The wandering will load it but will not be able to handle heavier jerkbaits 4 to 5 grams. For all around performance the magic L is really hard to beat except for really light baits. As for star blade I cannot comment on it as I have never tried it. Hope this helps.

check out follow up video, on the water. This rod rocks bro. for very light baits not heavy bfs. not over 4 g. I got the rod on Amazon. It is around 60$ now and is screaming deal. Its case is worth at least 30. It is a one piece blank which goes into handle directly which makes for a very responsive rod. Tight lines bro.

I actually caught two bass in the follow up video. I've caught bass to 3 lbs with it but you better have a net as rod is to delicate to pull a boat flip. It is not the best bass rod but it can do it. @@christopherromina5445

@@yankeelipperfishing piscifun carbon xcs bait casting reel, I actually bought it it has eight bearings I heard good reviews about it so I bought it and it was cheap on sale 47 bucks on Amazon and I tested out on the lawn a cast of pretty smooth no sound from the bearings which is good so look up this on KZbin people are buying and testing it out I had good reviews about it

Do you think the Wandering is better at throwing 5 gram jerkbaits for trout or the Magic L?

Wandering is a little light for that. try Handing Miacle bass 6'6" light. Or Magic l ultralight 6'0". Wandering is for 1/8 and under. Enjoy

The wandering is a great rod . you would love it but it's sweetspot is 1/16 to 1/8 maybe 3/16 at heaviest. It is very limber and moderate action.
