If not already, i recommend geophilic; its very subtle, but it adds neat things like fallen trees, small boulders, and more to the overworld that makes it look slightly better

This is amazing. I tried tons of mod packs and all of them destroyed my framerates which was so frustrating because I have a good computer with a 3070 and everything. This mod pack is the only one that genuinely got the performance right and it looks amazing.

Hey Joe, have you heard about a resource pack called The Great Shrimpsby ? I started using it recently after coming across a video for it, and I think you'd really enjoy it! It re-textures the UI similarly to how Colorful Containers does, and it also changes the model of some blocks like the crafting table and mobs like the shulker. I think it really fits the modern designs that mojang has been going for while also keeping a bit of classic simplicity.

There's a mod called Hellion's sniffer +. It adds a new wood type and lets you ride sniffers. I like the mod and I think you will too.

Great video, I really enjoyed it and can't wait to play this pack! I also recently found out about another small mod and I highly recommend adding it to this pack as it would fit in very nicely. It's called Amendments and doesn't add any new blocks or content but basically adds new functionality for already existing blocks, such as the ability to hang flower pots from ceilings, lanterns from walls, put items on hanging signs, put potions into cauldrons (which is already in Minecraft on the Bedrock version) and other stuff as well. Of course this is just my opinion, but I highly recommend checking it out!

I use 4G anything more than 8G is bad because minecraft cant use it well and its useless. With the mods i use, sometimes the ge uses 2G so i made it 4G for safety.

i absolutely love love love it!! its probably the only modpack that can run on my dinky laptop, and it is actually really refreshing as someone who loves a little extra onto vanilla minecraft!!

I downloaded the pack and it ran way better than other packs i have tried! (60 fps with shaders). Still added my own mods for preference, such as JourneyMap (for a minimap), Bobby, (to increase render distance in servers) different 3D models, (rails, ladders, doors, etc) the Flashback mod, (does the same thing as ReplayMod, but with WAY better customization and features.) and the Flow mod (to make the minecraft inventory transitions smooth and adds a blur to the background). Not saying the pack is bad, because it's AMAZING, but i just added more mods to my liking, and i suggest the same to others. Experiment a little with other packs from other creators (like disruptive builds).

I played an hour of it on my Ally X and i gotta say, its REALLY good! I was afraid that modding minecraft on my ally X would be a big hassle, but because you created this modpack with everything i could really want as a foundation you made it extremely painless for me. i get solid 60-120 frames without shaders on max render distance, and half that with shaders at 15 render distance. I really do think you should advertise this modpack as Ally X and steam deck friendly, because im sure a lot of people are looking for that!

i got this mod and i LOVE IT! It's so cool and i am glad that i can play with at least 30fps with the shaders, i used to use a other complementary shader but my frame rate was very low, i also love the new texture changes, fresh animations and more. this, without a doubt, is the best vanilla modpack. when i first booted it up i was amazed to see the game run so smoothly. the mods are well balanced and they do not only enhance the gameplay, but they also don't drift away from the original vanilla experience. the only thing i would add is mouse tweaks 😄. anyways, great job on this modpack. anyone who is wondering if they should give it a try - there is only one answer😉

In general, the feature to see where mobs can spawn and where not was taken from the MiniHud mod. There are a lot of useful functions there and it can partially replace the mod to improve the F3 menu.

Amazing. I'm getting 40-75fps on a steam deck with shader Makeup Ultrafast 9.0. I used to use DeckCraft and turn off Controlify and just play with K&M but this pack works much better. 170fps with shaders off. One mod I think you're missing (for those that don't use shaders) is LambDynamic Lights. It makes some items like torches produce light even when being held, just like with shaders without a performance hit.
