The uncertainty principle explanations are always very condescending for a way of saying particles at near light speed can not be correctly located till we collapse the moment. Electrons are almost everywhere all at once in our perception's speed of raw observations. Photons don't even experience time traveling billions of light years. We quantize and complicate principles that are easier to understand un-quantized. We quantized Higgs boson like it's a point particle's heavy back pack!
