Basically you gotta follow the program, which is why i couldn't get down with the FGC anymore. The tribalism was and is still getting out of hand. Hands down the worst community to be a part of. Also you a real one for remembering the DBZ Burst Limit OST. 🔥

Definitely I agree with you. Burst Limit has an underrated soundtrack.

The main catalyst is that they were npcs in their lives before the fgc and now they flex their insecurities behind a stone face. It's a pissing contest among ppl who aren't shit in real life...

I did some bicep curls yesterday and today. It's like this: Regarding the FGC, I really follow King Jae, Dee All the Way G, Rizzy Ignant, you, and a handful. LTg may be rude, but he's entertaining and can be funny most of the time.

Yeah, I’m indifferent on LTG but I can see why people think he’s funny.

I just think that this extreme accountability is a byproduct of the society we live in as a whole. While yes, you are correct in saying that new content creators are held up to way more scrutiny that most of the figureheads, I do not agree that LTG deserves any second chances period. LTG in my opinion, has done too much too often to be given the benefit of the doubt in regards to him "changing". Doxxing, transphobia, racism towards literally every race (he literally calls black people he doesn't agree with "Balrogs" ), rampent sexism (he watched a 16 year old twerk on stream and said age doesn't matter), online stalking (just check out the Joon the King situation if you aren't aware), extreme ablism (he made fun of multiple ppl with autism and depression, the Ronny McNut situation and BrolyLegs just to name a few), and to top it all off he didn't take accountability for any of these actions, because he said they attacked him before he "rebuttled" but if you take 1 minute to look into it that's clearly not true. LTG isn't changing because he's becoming a better person and he's said so himself, "there are certain things I ain't allowed to say on twitch but I really want to" meaning he's only trying to appear as a changed man to stay relevant. This is not a man worth forgiving because he doesn't believe he needs forgiveness.
@TheChilledScrub Жыл бұрын
Why does LTG make you so emotional. You do realized I said if he were to hypothetically change his behavior that people would not give him forgiveness. You really proved the point I made in the video.
@Himbologist Жыл бұрын
@TheChilledScrub I agree, if he were to hypothetically change his ways and actually became a better person, I among many others would drop everything on him because it wouldn't matter anymore, he'd start anew. What's got me so emotional is that he's pretending that he's a changed man meanwhile all he his is a filtered version of all the things I said in the previous comment. I'm gonna say that you're probably correct, but I just feel it's important to 1, hold people not to hyperbolic standards but standards nonetheless and 2, to treat people with the same respect you would want to be treated with like you said in the video, and if LTG wants to treat people like garbage, well he's made that bed. Like I said, I'm probably wrong, but I choose to stand firm in the ideals I believe in.
@TheChilledScrub Жыл бұрын
That’s fine you are allowed to feel how you want. He hasn’t shown signs of change so a lot of negative pushback he gets is his fault. Forgiveness doesn’t mean absolved from consequences.

The FGC is 100% toxic in many ways. A lot of these people have big heads and massive ego, also they are passive aggressive often. Bandwagon mentality. I disagree about fighting games being hidden in the 2000’s though. Tekken Soulcalibur and Mortal Kombat were still popular then. Dragon ball games were popular too if you count those It was mostly street fighter that was dead back then.
@TheChilledScrub Жыл бұрын
What I meant with fighting games is the competitive scene. As far as for casuals the games were awesome.

Went with Majin's coaching and the man was so nice and chill. I learned wavedash from Mainman's video and I appreciate that but I ain't signing up for anything else. Didn't ask for a refund.

People are blind to the devils of their own creation. No one wants to look in the mirror. I screw up like the next man. I will admit it. The FGC today is basically people's 2nd high school. One dude I know told me that people online are just personas. They aren't the same offline and aren't about the same life they claim to be online a al e-thuggery
@TheChilledScrub Жыл бұрын
Yes, you’d think we’d have more sympathy considering that we all mess up. I guess people think that forgiving means no consequences. We all can be forgiven but we still have to pay the consequences of actions. As far as E thugs it just screams loneliness.

@@TheChilledScrub These ppl might not have grew up in the hood or been around the block either. I lived a reckless life outside of home with a life full of Sex, Drugs and Alcohol by the time I became an adult while playing videogames at home. Basically I lived a double life. I'm still a bit of a player juggling 304s. Don't get me wrong lol. But I eventually overcame substance abuse cold turkey a decade ago and became alot healthier physically and mentally. My case is extreme. I'm not suggesting them to be like me. Most guys couldn't pull that off even if they wanted to.
