More and more I become less myself, this is the most gentle way of dying; being consumed by the Light of God; what a sweet way to dissolve🌾🌿🍂🍃..... .. . . .

Such a beautiful meditation, and so profound in all its apparent simplicity! Afterwards, I was filled with compassion and forgiveness toward myself. Towards the end at 40:50, Rupert suddenly opened his eyes and looked directly at me with a compassionate gaze. I was completely taken aback and cried with relief and love.

Thank you 🙏 for such transformative guidance to meditation. I was indeed in a very dark place many years ago and Covid is taking me back there again. I will continue to follow this practice which I have no doubt will help me conquer fear and transform darkness into loving light. What a beautiful experience.

Anything else you didn't like....perhaps the look on Ruperts face...as though someone has farted?
Meditation is the awaken concept of the pure consciousness but the pure consciousness energy's are there with us each and every sec of our work's one should feel all the time while doing all of our work's with most prime compassionate sometimes we feel work is like a burden on our shoulders because work needs to put many of our different form of energy in to single mode to complete with all our senses but when it comes to meditation just simple sitting and invite peace of mind how much time we really getting wasted on the particular theme .

Imagine being spoiled enough to be able to sit comfortably without pain to even try relax to these things. Some people will never get the chance to even sit down. I hate this world/consciousness so so much.

It is amazing to see how many different shapes non-duality often takes within spirituality. Adyas meditation = leave everything as it is. Rupert = very somatic, visual guided explorations of pure being. Tony Parsons = no teaching, no method, just a simple message completely meaningless for the seeker, the individual.
@kwixotic6 жыл бұрын
Actually, one could get a first glimpse of the Awareness through Tony but it would very shortly fall on its face. It wouldn't be nearly as enduring as spending a retreat with Rupert.

words understanding trying to discern...nice but still limited by the mind. TM goes past mental understanding or trying to figure things out and brings the person to the place that doesn't need to know anything more..because it knows, it is everything. these are nice ideas but unnecessary.
