My personal favourite was Vs Angle at no way out 2006. His ladder match with Jeff and mania 14 with Kane deserve a shout too. They might not be amongst his greatest matches but some of my favourite Undertaker matches are from his first year in the WWF. The way his character was shown, agile, impervious to pain and that sit up. Absolutely brilliant. Plus some of the things he did back then, like the top rope old school walk, I’d never seen before. Plus he looked like he was from another planet as well !! So that’s my favourite time of the Undertaker .

One of the more underrated Undertaker matches- vs. John Cena on Smackdown in 2004. I recently watched it on KZbin and it was one of the best TV matches of the 2000s. Both wrestlers were awesome in the match. Also, the WM 26 story with him and HBK was some of the best in all of Wrestling. Shawn getting eliminated in the Rumble, then interfering in the Chamber Match and putting everything on the line for a match. I mean, that is just a bucket load of GOOD SHIT! Excellent video, Simon.

Man, from the 90s to the late 2000s, Taker has given us dozens of great matches. For me, Taker v Michaels WM 26 is my favorite all time match. The story, the emotion, the fact they were able to be just as enticing the second year in a row. It was breath taking the first time I saw it, best parts are the moonsault through the table and the super jumping Tombstone pile-driver in the end. Amazing. Thank you Taker for so much entertainment over such a long period of time! A few others to note would have to be vs Jeff Hardy 2002 ladder match, vs Randy Orton WM 21, vs Batista at WM 23, vs Edge at Summerslam HIAC 2008, and for me even vs Lesnar at HIAC 2015 that was a match the dead man could have gone out on too.

I think the match between The Undertaker and Triple H at WrestleMania 27 was very good. It was great from a storyline standpoint because even though the Undertaker won the match and the streak remained intact, the streak was broken figuratively because Triple H was able to walk out of the arena under his own power while the Undertaker had to be carried out on a stretcher. Jim Ross stated this on commentary during their match at WrestleMania 28.

After watching this video, the takeaway is that Takers best run, in terms of having great matches, was from the beginning of the ruthless aggression era all of the way to Wrestlemania 29 and I can't argue against that honestly. I will say an honorable mention has to go to his match with Diesel ( Kevin Nash) at Wrestlemania 12, very underrated in my opinion , his two championship matches with Bret at Royal Rumble 96 and Summerslam 97, his match with HBK at Royal Rumble 98 is another underrated one and his first championship match with Stone Cold at In your house, a cold day in hell in 97 and Jeff hardy vs Taker in 2002
