The Unearthed Series Episode Two - From Grain to Plate
Eco-Chef and Food Writer, Tom Hunt, recently visited us to explore the farm to bottle journey of our Organic whisky.
Organic produce gathered from the farm, Tom and Ned head for the kitchen - al fresco - to unlock the flavours of Arcadian ingredients. Deploying Ned as sous-chef, Tom whips up an Organic lamb and ‘barley-otto’, revelling in the natural flavours of the land through local farms - and, naturally, embellished by a little of our own Organic: Gaia.
