Les p'tits loups ; vous devez trancher la langouste en 2 (tête comprise) puis installer les deux parties sur une plaque au four à 180c ou thermostat 6 environ 15mn . Assaisonner a cru sel poivre 1 a 2 piments . Investir dans un casse-noix impérativement.bisous

Gotta eat more protein between 3 adults and 2 kids just eggs won't cut it for your diet ,a lot of fish and at least a lobster per person
