And the muslim conquerers ruined the Hagia Sophia they ripped out all the artwork and statues/sculptures etc you could see all the damage on the walls and they ruined the ceilings. Erdogan turned it into a Mosque which he really didn't need to as there are loads of them in Istanbul. Ataturk had the right idea having it as a museum. One thing can be said about the British Empire they didn't turn mosques into churches

Solyman’s era was the beginning of end! N that era, Florence was flourishing! Time befor that era, Arabs Gor ideas of architecture from Persian!
