Plastic scrapers work well on hard coat Low E glass. Steel scrapers make tiny scratches that look like spider webs.

Factoid. I always have used a plastic scraper. Before I even knew what I was doing, it just seemed safer. I remember thinking " Hey if it does not work as good as metal, I can buy a diff one. Still using my plastic

Hey, I just got into window cleaning, and can squeegees scratch windows? I noticed a few on my window

If you're not using any lubrication when you use it, the dirt that the squeegee can pull along, in theory could leave tiny lovemarks.... but it'd have to drag along the dirt, which still would be unlikely.... as long as you're using soap and water, and keeping the glass well lubricated, it's extremely, extremely unlikely for using a squeegee to etch the glass. (like, %0.0000001)

Like I said in this video, this is a special edition kit, I think people who really have a passion for window cleaning and like to have a lot of different tools will buy it but it isn’t something I would suggest to someone who’s just starting out or who already has all the equipment they need. The pole is pretty cool and the green ninja handle and t bar is sick to me. I also mention in the video I’m not even sure how much I’ll use it because it’s a special edition, I want to keep it in good shape
