From the bond formed over 100 years ago between the City and the University, when the City fathers donated a piece of land, to the present day, UWEC has grown into Wisconsin’s Most Beautiful Campus. IT GETS PRETTY COLD IN WINTER. YOU NEED A PAIR OF FOOTWEAR THAT IS COMPATIBLE WITH SNOW AND ICE. OTHERWISE, IT'S A BEAUTIFUL CAMPUS, LOTS OF STUDENTS ARE SCANDINAVIAN OR GERMAN (AND BLOND), AND CLASSES ARE INTERESTING.
