It also applies for his disciples. The whole point of the parable is not to have two masters cause you can’t serve both of them. And also, you either hate the one or love the other. You can’t be warm in your faith;you either be cold or hot in your faith. Proverb 18:24 A friend to all is a friend to none Revelation 3:15-16 “‘I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. -if you read the whole chapter in revelation, it said he hates people who are in warm faith. Where they believe in God and also do the things that he hates.
