It's really not hard. For example this is my first idea how to do it: Turn communist and put up THE GLORIOUS PORTRAIT OF KARL MARX THE PRINTER and at some point, help one of the Spains and justify war goal and then conquer them. They would be weak after the civil war so with some micro and encirclements it should be easy. Then you puppet them, and take their African holding in North Africa (and also the fleet I guess). Now you have an easy way to invade Portugal. You now can use Spain manpower and factories so quickly building up an army to kill portugal should be easy. Then just puppet all of Portugal. Now it's just another easy war with the Allies. You could either join the axis and naval invade UK, or fight your way through the parts of Africa you need first to secure them being cheap in the peace deal, or join the commintern and fight the allies and the axis at the same time. It may seem intimidating to fight the allies of the axis with Morocco but it's really not. Just guarding the ports and killing the divisions occasionally landing in the tiles without ports (because no supply and also it makes the allies or the axis lose divisions which helps) and making encirclements and destroying enemy divisions making them weaker bit by bit, or naval invading the UK. Those are all easy things to do, this is not multiplayer, the AI is incompetent. I also have to say I didn't watch your video since I just got annoyed with the France thing and left instantly when that got mentioned. So I don't know how you play, but, if you never try, you will never know if you are bad in the first place. It's better than just giving up.
