Hey ! I chanced upon your song, and I am to admit this is the first time I can say the cover is better than the original song. You managed to capture the melancholia of youth but still without the dramatic aspect, as a young soul cannot be old enough to be profoundly grim. We feel the innocence of the maiden and her first love, though the rythm is slow and the voice echoing, this is not pain and sorrow that strike us : it is a sweet compassion for the both of them and a slight smile, as we understand the maiden, although shall carry the remembrance of her love with their romantic spring tryst, shall move on. This is a beautiful piece of art in my opinion, thank you for sharing it.
