The tackle that injured Matt was a disgrace. The Crawley player wasnt even booked and was still booting Brighton players over the pitch during the match too.

It was quite disgraceful for the ref to not notice such a blatant dirty tackle. One of the times I wished we had VAR to help.

Usually when a player leaves a club there’s lots of grumbling but I don’t think you’d hear a bad word at all towards Matt from any Celtic fan,he just got on with it all like the great professional he is anytime he was linked with transfers,a top player & a great guy,hopefully he goes on to have a wonderful career wherever he goes in the future 😊 Ps the other day was pictured over in Dubai with Celtic training gear on with some of his ex Celtic team mates, once a Celt always a Celt 😎🍀👌🏽

Wasn't really aware of him other than noticing in passing a new danish player with a thick Irish surname...I'll be keeping my eye on his from now, I like his style, all round player with strong character. Not surprised Brighton snapped him up cause he looks like one of these players that has gone a bit under the radar due to a few random injury set backs etc but when playing has a style and attributes that will be off the charts in the these statistics algorithm..progressive pass, ball recovery...and dem Numbers too!

I like O'Riley and though I was sad to see him leave Celtic, I think he's made a good move by going to Brighton rather than the rumoured move to Liverpool. It's a bad tackle at 11:40, but calling it a horror challenge is hyperbole.
@flashbackfootball1367Ай бұрын
I mean it caused an injury which required surgey, what would have had to happen for you to deem it a horror challenge - broken leg?
@WisdomcuccoАй бұрын
@@flashbackfootball1367 To me it's more to do with the actual motion involved in the tackle or if the intention was to hurt the other player. It's the absolute worst category of tackle, something like Gazza in the FA cup final or a Leeds tackle from the 70s. It's a bad tackle to O'Riley but it's more due to it being late. Big time fan of your channel though, have been watching since your Leigh Griffin video. My favourite football related channel on YT.
