I saw the concert in Brum - superb. Great raw material for sure and love Gabrielle's recital of the poetry too, yet the Unthanks definitely add something unique and special to Molly's original work. Fantastic decision to tour this

I FIRST heard the music of MOLLY DRAKE in the documentary about her son NICK... I'm an UNTHANKS fan and it shouldn't surprise me BUT IT KIND OF DOES, that this band has resurrected these beautiful songs... I bet Mrs Drake would have LOVED these interpretations... (I bet Nick would have too...) xx SF

They deserve congratulations for finding this haunting music and bringing it to life, making it far better than the original home recordings. This is genius in action, in sharp contrast to the usual case, where a well known cover is done and made worse than the original.
