Having been divorced from, may I call him Bill, for a while, this is my chance to enter into your life, may I call you Melinda. I am a relative nobody, unless James Nelson rings a bell. I have noticed from a documentary that you became hooked on BASIC while a student. This is exactly what a story of my history would document: 'Hooked' and on "BASIC" such an exciting, high-level interactive program. What we also have in common is a BIG thing: humanitarian philanthropy. I haven't been able to give much because I don't make much. But of my 2 charities, World Vision receives half of what I give. The other half goes to the American Bible Society. Melinda, I don't know how you feel about donating to Christian charities, but in an effort to be honest and straightforward and at the risk of fueling your ire, I let it out about the ABS. I think it interesting that you can give so much and yet your net worth increases. Perhaps a statistician, or mathematician could be called in to alleviate the net-worth-rise issue. I believe I may have touched a sensitive nerve. I'm sorry. This may be touching on something sensitive again, but I draw strength and direction from the Apostle Paul who writes, " Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do." May God bless you, Melinda and family. JN

Which of these truths, based on true facts that Dr Polyakova mentions, explicitly and implicitly have frightened you to the extent of removing the text from the BMJ? 1. Covid vaccines are experimental and only under rapid temporary regulatory approval. 2. There is lack of data about them. 3. There is insufficient reporting of vaccine adverse events. Dr Polyakova writes that she was ‘struggling’ to understand ‘the failure to report the reality of the morbidity caused by our current vaccination programme . . .’ 4. Vaccines harm even young and healthy people to the extent that hospitalisation is needed in some cases. 5. In some cases vaccines induce neurological symptoms. 6. Vaccines do not protect from contracting the virus: ‘I have direct experience of staff contracting Covid after vaccination and probably transmitting it.’ 7. [Covid] vaccines are pointless and dangerous, do more harm than good - ‘it is clearly stated that these vaccine products do not offer immunity or stop transmission. In which case [,] why are we doing it?’ 8. In some cases vaccines impact adversely on the immediate health of recipients. 9. The long-term adverse effects are still unknown and nobody knows how they will affect the health service: ‘There is no longitudinal safety data (a couple of months of trial data at best) available and these products are only under emergency licensing. What is to say that there are no longitudinal adverse effects that we may face that may put the entire health sector at risk?’ 10. Mandating of unlicensed, experimental vaccines on the health care workers or members of the public is in the realms of Adolf Hitler’s dystopia - ‘Coercion and mandating medical treatments on our staff, of members of the public especially when treatments are still in the experimental phase, are firmly in the realms of a totalitarian Nazi dystopia and fall far outside of our ethical values as the guardians of health.’ Dear Madam, experts in in totalitarianism say that at the moment when the editorial office fights against the truth we begin to enter the sphere of certain actions, which bear the hallmark of a totalitarian system.
