Just came across your channel, I've been doing about 2 1/2 months of research on raw dairy. Half of me descends from a village town in Durango Mexico that consumed raw milk daily. Like the dairy farmer said in your video, the most crucial thing to look for is the conditions the cow was raised in. Kazakhs and Mongols even would drink "Kumiz" which is fermented horse milk. Raw milks also contain all the amino acids. Even with pasutrization, you still consume the dead bacteria that exist in the milk because it's a food that is "alive". Do you have IG?
