On another note, I don't know what he's referencing saying that Barry gave himself his powers while trying to stop Reverse Flash. The occurrence I know of was in the first Crisis miniseries back in '85, Flash had to run so fast to stop the bomb created by Anti-Monitor that he turned into energy and traveled back to strike himself. Literal bootstrapping his origin.

I think season 7 is going to be about the negative speed force. We are already looking at the other forces like the strength force.
