Nice review. Thanks. I think as more movies are brought to 4k we will notice some scenes that will look incredible and others just ok. I really believe a lot of directors keep scenes in some movies even if they look a little flawed just because it worked so well or they just didn't have the budget or time to reshoot.

I'm not a big steelbook guy, but that is a beauty. But please anyone wiping fingerprints off steelbooks, TV screens, discs, etc. always use cloth or microfiber, not paper towels. Great review, I appreciate you telling us the good with the not so good. And you get bonus points for not using the meaningless phrase "this is the best that this movie has ever looked" that I have heard too often.

great review i love the untouchables for the performances by kevin costner, sean connery, andy garcia and charles martin smith, the performance by robert de niro is great too but there are scenes that stand out as quotable

Great Great movie in every aspect one of my favorite too bad I can't find it any where in vancouver unless I buy it from Amazon I think stick to my blu ray since there is no additional content

Brian De Palma is one of the biggest directors in the 80s after making Scarface and this movie was a great follow up

Don't!?! Clean a, steelbook with a paper towel!!!!!!! , steelbook collectors will use a microfiber cloth and FYI the paper info card is known as a J- card. And the footage that you said stood out like a sore thumb they maybe inherent in the films photography, I can't remember but you may want to check out what those scenes look like on the old 1080p!?.. Good review, can't wait for my copy to arrive

@@BrandoCritic yeah blu ray is brighter and clearer. 4K is ok on this one . I just like the blu ray on this one a little better. Not all 4k movies are better. Just my on personal experience on this movie. I have about 200 4k movies and about 4,000 Blu rays 5000 DVDs.

Wow! You put my collection to shame. Absolutely, not all 4Ks are better. Sad to know that this one might have had the better Blu-Ray release
