The Unused Mechanic in FNaF 2

Decided to create this short video because I thought it would be interesting.
Quick note, I switched from Adobe Premiere Pro to Sony Vegas Pro because it feels so much nicer, that's why the editing in this video may be a bit different compared to our last video.

The reason it was removed is because Scott wanted instead of this for foxy to not be a mask animatronic, cuz foxy originally was

​@@someone6531should instead mod in some extra maintenance mods. Like a small mini game to fix the ventilation, which will be damaged by animatronics being there too long, if it gets to high you have a random chance of blacking out ending in a jumpscare

I’d guess the toxic meter was scott’s idea that would stop players from keeping the mask on all the time, before making the marionette or withered foxy, or he just noticed that on harder nights the animatronics stack in one after another, so it made the gameplay nearly impossible.

In FNaF 2 there's broken mechanic for eatser eggs which they're not working because blackout timer never reaches 100. Shadow Freddy was supposed to dissapear if you looked at him after a ceratain amount of time.

There was a fnaf 2 multiplayer that had this mechanic. And since players controlled animatronics it was easy to stack 3 or 4 characters one after another and force the mask off. Also on that animatronics can enter the room without you being on cameras, and multiple can enter at once. They also dont force down the camera so you have to be ready for them. Edit: you can play as withered freddy bonnie and Chica, toy freddy bonnie and Chica, and mangle. The rest are ai, including the puppet. Best characters are withered bonnie and Chica, then toy bonnie and both Freddys. Toy Chica and mangle both are really bad to play as, foxy is easy since there is no movement static and no flashlight failing( that thing that happens when someone moves in the hallway and your flashlight wolnt work) and puppet is only hard to deal with if the animatronics gang up on you. Also bb might as well not exist since he wolnt move till 3am and if the game isn't over by then he might show up once. And golden freddy is in the game, but is so rare he might as well not be. @@scotty3739 no you don't get it. You can only have the mask on for around 10 seconds, and they stack up one after another with no break in between.

There’s the fnaf 3 fan made game which became the return to freddy’s that used the toxic meter, however in that game instead of it forcing your mask off, you get game ended.

Do you know what the pit pat cues are in fnaf 1? They are seen on an image on wikihow, and there was a youtuber who played the game with pit pat cues but all those videos are deleted.

Pit pat? As in the old sound that used to play in the mobile version of the game when somebody was at the door, or the footstep sound?

​@@Speed-TV Sounds to me like its just a subtitle or placeholder for the footstep and banging sound effects. The game used to have animatronics bang on the door while you had it closed on them, but it was removed after a bit, I'm not entirely sure why. I believe the old sound is still in the files? The subtitles were probably used to make sure that the audio was playing in the correct zones and that the animatronics were actually moving when it played.

@@corellioncrusaderproductio4679 Well I don't know about this theory because the subtitles were fully animated. Each word would appear then fade out. I don't think it was edited into the video because the youtuber would react to it and it was the same video quality as the game.

So if the Toxic meter forcefully removes your mask when you put it on in the middle of a blackout can you survive? And does the mask work on Withered Foxy since there was a toxic meter before and you enabled it?
