I met the man I love now while dating a different guy. It was a horribly complicated situation and I felt so bad for having feelings for this new man. Against all good advice, I ended my 3 year relationship and almost immediately started dating this new man, but somehow it was the best decision of my life, and we've been happily together for nearly 6 years now. You're right, there is no one good way to date.

@DHARIN PATEL Well by that logic everyone should stay with the first person they date forever because according to you, if a relationship ends once then it'll inevitably end forever with consecutive people. I never cheated on anyone, and sorted out everything with my last relationship before starting the new one. The heart does want what it wants, and my heart now knows what healthy love looks like. It took time, and I did have guilty feelings for a short time, but realistically nothing unfaithful ever happened, and I was never married to the first man. I was looking for a good husband for me, not trying to marry the first guy who ever interested me regardless of how downhill things were going over time.

Before I met my fiancé , I was in a toxic relationship for 6months and I was struggling at about month 3-4 about what to do ! I was praying for god to change him and trying my best to get him to change. And one day while I was at church , I was worshiping and praying and I felt god say you can change him . And as the next few months went by , god was revealing to me that I needed to break things off but I tried to fight it . I thought that , this was what I wanted and that he was my person . And on Mother’s Day morning, as I went to church I was mentally struggling and I knew that I wasn’t doing what god wanted me to do . So when I got to church, burnt out , I started praying and I prayed the prayer “ god I want to do your will for my life even if it’s not what I particularly like and right then I felt him say break off your relationship. And over the last several months, I have grown so much and found the person that god made for me to marry ! Someone that is kind and cherishes me and absolutely loves Jesus

I hear you on the "guys that say they're a Christian and don't live like it" deal. I was married to a man That claimed to be one but then blindsided me and because of it, were divorced. A true man of God that really and truly loves the Lord and not just in words but in how he lives his life, is such a rarity. You are truly blessed. Being a divorced mom, I am extremely picky if I ever date again. I've got baggage, but I love the Lord and I hope one day I'll marry again. But that man is going to have to be a rare gem of a man and pretty special to be in my life. And boy I'm not rushing into anything ever again. The men I've encountered all seem to "love you" after barely even knowing what kind of person you are. It's very off putting for sure

Calling a girl “loose” is bad in general but to think that just because she wanted to cuddle... y’all need to think twice about calling yourselves “loving” Christians when you are literally calling names and passing judgements on people just because they wanted to cuddle. And Morgan too, you dont need to disqualify yourself by saying you were in a bad place, it’s ok to want cuddles and that definitely is not a sign of you being in a bad place. The purity culture has been so internalized in both of them it’s scary
@cassiesheppard99553 жыл бұрын
If she says she was in a bad place, then she probably.. was in a bad place. You don’t get to tell somebody whether or not they were in a bad place within their own life. Obviously there were probably OTHER issues going on with her at that period of time that attributed to why she said that. She probably just thinks her comment was cringy, and remembered she had made that comment at a not so great period in her life, so she felt a need to say that.
@moriaha9543 жыл бұрын
@@cassiesheppard9955 my point is that it seemed from the video, bc the cuddling is the only thing both of them mentioned, that the very act of asking for cuddles in a tinder bio was what made her “in a bad place” I don’t doubt that other things were going on but that’s not what they said... they brought up the bio and said she was in a bad place so that’s all i have to go off of. My point is that wanting cuddles doesn’t mean you are in a bad place and even if morgan was for other reasons it’s bad to get on the internet and start telling people “yea i wanted cuddles i was in such a bad place” i want women, and people in general, to know that it is ok to want cuddles or any other form of physical affection and that doesn’t reflect any which way on where you are in life. Wanting physical affection/touch is a completely normal thing and definitely does not mean that you are in a bad place, it just means you’re a normal human being

I think it is important when we are in friendships with the opposite gender to guard our hearts. I was recently friends with someone who indicated that he liked me and I was really praying about it, but suddenly he just got into a relationship with another girl. He really hurt me. I pray and ask that all brothers in Christ would be careful with how they treat their sisters--caring for their hearts and not leading them into false hope (if they aren't interested in a relationship). I know sisters in Christ should do the same but men are the pursuers in this area.

To he honest, I dont trust the internet, and I dont trust online dating. But I get why it could he good for others. My friend's parents met through online dating, and she wouldnt exist if online dating didnt exist. But I personally would never do it because I dont like the internet. I don't want just anyone possibly getting my information. But that's just me🤷♀️

I fell in love with my girl at church, she accepted my date request and we are talking, also imma ask for her number when I see her this Wednesday at church night. Can’t wait to see her again, she is amazing and sweet and she is on fire for Jesus and I am too❤️

Awwwww I loved hearing those!!!! What a beautifully unique love story written by God. Love your purity and joy. It actually wasn't all too unusual for me to hear because David (My now fiance) and I waited three(ish?) months to hold hands and then like a year and a half to two years to kiss on the cheek and we are waiting on our first kiss until our wedding day in two and a half months. And I've said before that my story is like Morgan's because I went a bit too far before marriage as well (God intervened when I almost went the furthest, praise and Glory to Him!) And I am David's first girlfriend so he like Paul hadn't held hands until we were together and whatnot. The only strange thing to me was tinder ;) but you guys are totally right, God can use anything! Blessings, you two

This is kinda insensitive. Different couples struggle with different fertility issues. Adding pressure doesn’t help and you never know what they could be going through

I just fast up until lunch and have one serving of Huel in the middle of the day. That combined with the fasting I had already been doing and now that is most of what I eat. I have lost 30 pounds in 2 months.
