The ricotta on the pizza sounds like an interesting and tasty combination. The wings looked excellent. This looks like such a nice place to eat lunch. From the open air seating, the pizza ovens being centralized inside the restaurant, to the free arcade - it seemed amazing. John, we didn’t think you were going to miss a shot playing basketball. great restaurant,. the pizza is similar to what we have in jersey and NY, wood fired ovens make that crust amazing, and the old school ski ball!!! I remember them from the arcades, spewing at tickets to redeem for little prizes. Bobbie should have scored extra points for getting the basketball on top of the net!!! common to have ricotta dollops on the various pies here, also in our baked ziti we usually add a ricotta/ ricotta is the leftover whey from making other cheeses, nothing goes to waste. enjoyed the video, you do a great job sharing your experiences, thank you

Pecorino Romano cheese is widely used in Rome (hence the name). The sheep’s milk gives it a sharp, salty taste. Parmesan is milder and nutty. We love the taste of pecorino. The pecorino on the pizza looked pre shredded and probably didn’t have a lot of flavor. If you ever get the chance to taste a piece I think you’d love it! The wings sure looked meaty!

me again, im commenting as im watching, lol. i love the chicken wing “flats” also as they are more tender. i finally learned that drummies are the top of the wing as an upper arm is to us, and the flats are the forearm, those, 2 long bones, just like our forearms.

The Korean paste is called goguchang! It has a sour taste to it, they also use this pepper paste to make a Korean Barbecue Sauce, which is about the only thing, I’ve tried it in, I like it because, I like the sour taste. I can’t say have ricotta on a pizza spooned out that way, I have seen it done though before. I make a spinach mushroom pizza where, I use ricotta on the bottom instead of a pizza sauce, it’s really good, ricotta cheese is also really good in meatballs. But, I will say the wings looked good but, just not a fan of sesame seeds. Pizza though looked really good. Thank you 🙏🏻 both for sharing!

yup, its me again.. lol… so, many years ago, we went to a brick oven pizza place that put ricotta on the pizza and it reminded me of lasagna, which often has ricotta in it. and man, it was good!

It never fails to amaze me---they always advertise WINGS--WING is three (3) sections. The drumstick is one section, the wingette and tip are others. SO, why do restaurants only give you one part of a wing and call it A WING? WHAT IT really is--is a ripoff.------OK. So what your 13.00 really bought you were TWO wings not the advertised six.
