Time outs are a terrible idea. No one calls time violations. No one will enforce the time limit of the time out. This will only slow things down more. Terrible.

You should be able to call time outs on other players on your card. If someone gets upset or angry, call time out on them and they have to take a minute alone somewhere... 😂

I don't like that caddy for one player rule at all. At Junior tournaments there are often parents caddying for multiple children. For adults, it makes sense, but for juniors it would be an issue.

Josh's comment that his Prodigy 4 disc purchases are the most discs he's purchased in 2 years. Hopefully he's not the typical disc golfer, as that would suck for the industry outlook.

On the Jomez numbers being down- I’ve been an avid fan of their channel since 2015 if not sooner. This years content just feels different. I despise the chase card check ins. I know many fans love them, but I think they’re overused. If it’s an ace or a throw in, that’s fine. Show me that shot. But I don’t care if someone is 10 down with 2 to play in round 1 when the feature card is on hole 3. They’ve also limited slowmez and follow flights and replaced the features where we got to meet new players with press conference answers. It’s just not the same. Also, all the check ins make rounds much longer. I don’t watch live because I don’t have the time. Jomez takes too long. I asked my wife this week if the MDG coverage in Europe is better than Jomez now. We’ve been watching nearly every major tournament together since 2017, and she did not hesitate to say absolutely.

I think not having the retroactive time out is a bad idea and ruins the rule. If someone uses time excessive of their 30 seconds and you tell them they just used one of their time outs, then that is a soft call of the violation and lets them know to pick it up. I like the idea of people being able to call for them, but getting a violation because they didn't call a time out is just dumb.
